REFUND AND CANCELLATIONPOLICY

BY ACCESSING OR USING THE WEBSITE HTTPS://QUESTERA.GAMES AND ONLINE SERVICES PROVIDED BY QUESTERA, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF USE, BY THE PRIVACY POLICY AND OTHER ACCOMPANYING DOCUMENTS, WHICH ARE AVAILABLE ON THE WEBSITE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THESE TERMS OF USE, OR THE PRIVACY POLICY YOU SHALL NOT USE THE WEBSITE AND ONLINE SERVICES AT THIS WEBSITE. BY ACCESSING OR USING THE WEBSITE HTTPS://QUESTERA.GAMES AND ONLINE SERVICES PROVIDED BY QUESTERA YOU ASSURE THAT YOU ARE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OLD OR HAVE REACHED THE AGE FROM WHICH YOU ARE LEGALLY ABLE TO ENTER INTO CONTRACTS OF SUCH KIND.

 

Definitions mentioned with the capital letters shall have the meaning stipulated in this Document. Other definitions, mentioned with the capital letters, but not described in this document, shall have the meaning as is set in the Accompanying Documents.

 

1.1.     No refunds are accepted for the purchased Subscriptions (as the payment for each subscription period is paid in advance and is final), payments and for the purchases of other products provided by Company and available on the Website. Exceptions are made for the following options:

1.1.1.          You are resident of Prohibited Jurisdictions. In this case, We will do our best to try refund You the funds excluding payment fees, if any;

1.1.2.          You have not matched the Minimum Age requirement set for the full access to the Platform (prescribed in the Terms of Use);

In these cases, all Winnings shall be voided.

1.1.3        For goods exchanged through the Marketplace where required by consumer protection law. Non-refundable goods and products include those delivered through non-physical made and thus considered consumed upon delivery, and products that by their nature are tailored or personalized, have a limited life span or deteriorate quickly.

1.1.4.       In other cases, based on our sole discretion.

 

1.2.     A refund request will only be considered if it is requested within the 14 (fourteen) days since the purchase transaction has been made by You and the funds have not been spend on the Platform

 

1.3.     A refund request will be considered on a case-by-case basis only if You have been using the Website in full compliance with Terms of Use and other Accompanying Documents, available on the Website. We reserve the right to reject the request without giving any reason. A refund request may be approved or denied after consideration by Company. Submitting a refund request is not a guarantee that such request will be approved.

 

1.4.     For the fraud prevention purposes, all payments and information regarding refund is subject to verification by the employees / authorized KYC-provider of the Company. We may also ask You to verify the fact that the Account belongs to You via conduct of KYC. Thus, in accordance with the abovementioned provisions, Company, may require you to submit additional documents, list of which is given in the respective Section of the Privacy Policy.

 

1.5.     If You fail to provide the requested information within 5 (five) business days after receiving such request from Company, or our employees / Affiliates / authorized KYC-provider have any doubts on the authenticity of the documents provided, We reserve the right to deny such refund request.

 

1.6.     Company does not charge any additional fee for refunds, except in cases where the payment processing involves a third party (banks or other organizations), which may apply their fees.  

 

1.7.     We also reserve the right to withhold any refund or reverse transaction until Your identity is adequately established to our satisfaction, in order to ensure that any payment made to Us will be honored after a refund has been made. You agree to provide, in case We demand, a notarized identification, or any other certified identification in accordance with the applicable laws of Your jurisdiction.

 

2.      CANCELLATION.

2.1.     SUBSCRIPTION IS TO BE AUTOMATICALLY RENEWED FOR THE SUBSEQUENT PERIOD ON THE 31ST DAY AND USER’S CARD OR OTHER PAYMENT METHOD WILL BE CHARGED WITH THE SAME PURCHASE AMOUNT AS PREVIOUSLY PAID FOR THE NEXT SUBSCRIPTION PERIOD. ALL SUBSCRIPTIONS ARE VALID UNTIL USER CANCEL IT MANUALLY. USERS ARE FREE TO CANCEL THEIR SUBSCRIPTION MANUALLY ANYTIME. IN CASE IF SUBSCRIPTION IS CANCELED DURING THE ACTIVE PREMIUM BATTLE PASS, FEES PAID FOR THE CURRENT BATTLE PASS SUBSCRIPTION PERIOD SHALL NOT BE REFUNDED AND SUBSCRIPTION WILL EXPIRE AFTER THE CURRENT SUBSCRIPTION PERIOD ENDS.
